Executive Summary：
Dr. Lin earned her medical degree from Kaohsiung Medical University. She completed her residency in neurology at National Taiwan University Hospital. He had been an attending physician at Yunlin Branch of National Taiwan University Hospital. She is currently an attending at China Medical University Hospital. She is deeply involved in medical education, and serves as the director of neurology clerkship for medical student. Her major interests include clinical reasoning in neurology and on-line learning in medical education.

Lecture Abstract：
中國醫藥大學附設醫院神經部，長期以來對於醫學生的臨床教育不遺餘力。2013年，醫學系學制從七年全面改為六年，對醫學生的實習課程產生巨大的衝擊，臨床教師的責任更顯重要。如何配合學校的課程，讓每位實習醫學生在為期約四週的神經部臨床經驗中，有效率的在神經學相關知識、基本技能項目及專業素養各方面皆能達到符合實習醫學生的程度標準，確保其能力足以勝任其所應承擔的臨床責任，並且成為未來學習的基石，是每個訓練中心需要認真考慮的課題。此次演講，提供中國醫藥大學附設醫院神經部的實際作法為例，融合臨床推理思維，以及線上教學平台的支援，期能打造一個教學相長的美好環境。
